SOCONORD GROUP is a holding Company, created in 1961, the expansion of which has been greatly assisted by the successful development of SOCONORD as a worldwide supplier of oil and gas tubular equipment.
Today SOCONORD GROUP has an international presence in the industrial, trade and financial sectors.
SOCONORD's headquarters are located in Brussels - Belgium, the capital of the European Union. The Group has three branches outside Europe and has contacts in more than 60 countries.
In all its investments, the Company's strategy is to focus on fundamentals, such as quality products and marketing efficiency, combined with financial equilibrium.
The Group is privately owned and has grown without any subsidies, external participation or outside influence. A major ingredient in its success has unquestionably been the high quality of its human resources.

OUR METHOD : BEING PRESENT
Our area managers travel extensively to give personal attention to business in progress. Through these efforts, SOCONORD has contributed to the completion of several major international projects.
In recent years, SOCONORD has successfully placed an emphasis on CRA (Corrosion Resistant Alloy) pipes and premium connections.
Casing pipes are supplied to more than 50 countries and sourced all around the world.
Soconord carries a stock of the main OCTG sizes in Batam, Houston, Singapore and Jebel Ali. A permanent inventory of 15.000 metric tons, threaded and coupled, plain end or green, allows us to supply even fairly large quantities of pipes at very short notice.
API end finishing is mainly performed in API-approved workshops on Batam Island, off Singapore, while premium connections are threaded in our own workshop, STS, in Jebel Ali (Dubai).
